Analytical hypnotherapy (Hypnoanalysis) is a form of hypnotherapy that aims to discover and resolve the root cause of concern. It draws on the concepts from analytical psychotherapy and uses these with hypnotherapy techniques. Using hypnoanalysis, active imagination, free association, and regression you are able to uncover the original root cause of your issues and create resolve.
Heal and integrate those aspects of yourself that have fractured off in childhood. Still remaining in the past. Triggering you emotionally to the present day. Waiting to have resolve from their trapped emotional trauma.
The healing modality of inner child therapy, works because all people on Earth hold within themselves the essence of the child we once were. As we mature, one part of us grew up, but the other parts stayed a child. This inner child symbolises our emotional selves, regardless of your childhood experiences, good or bad, the adult part of you grew up, despite not getting everything it needed as a child. Therefore your adult self holds the key to Healing.
A trauma is anything that causes distress without resolve, I have found it is often the so called minor events that have had the greatest impact on moulding your human psyche. Creating Limiting beliefs, relationship patterns and unwanted behaviours When we experience something traumatic, we often get stuck in a kind of holding pattern where we can’t get past what happened at the time. We did not know how to resolve the situation. We felt some degree of powerlessness. We assumed there was no way to improve the situation, and as a result many of our needs went unmet. We fractured off aspects of our consciousness and took on parts of ourselves that were protector parts and deployed coping mechanisms to keep ourselves safe. But by re-experiencing the memory and then altering the memory, so as to create mental and emotional resolution, we create resolution in our current life.
We begin to meet emotional needs and set ourselves free from the past. Ready to take action within all our relationships, using the wisdom we gain from diving into the subconscious mind.
